Ski Area Kleine Scheidegg

The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 944 and 2,320 m and for skiing and snowboarding, there are 102 km slopes and 24 chairlifts available. 

Kleine Scheidegg/Männlichen/Wengen is the largest ski resort in the Bernese Oberland and in the Jungfrau region. From the slopes you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Sledding around Kleine Scheidegg

Eiger Run: Kleine Scheidegg-Alpiglen-Brandegg-Grindelwald Grund (approx. 8.5 km)
Fox Run: Kleine Scheidegg-Wengernalp, Allmend, Wengen (approx. 6 km)

Hiking around Kleine Scheidegg

Discover the Jungfrau Region from the top. 500 kilometres of signposted paths will guide you through the region, along the 4000m summits of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and offer you an impressive panoramic view! 

Via Ferrata at Eiger Rotstock

The via ferrata at Eiger Rotstock is open in summer only, usually from July until October. Please also take note of the snow conditions in spring and fall. 
You can rent a Via Ferrata Set in our sports shop.

Train Connection Grindelwald - Kleine Scheidegg - Wengen

Kleine Scheidegg can only be reached by train (or by foot). 
Trains are running from Grindelwald Grund/Grindelwald or Wengen/Lauterbrunnen.
